October Play Dates

Hello all! I hope you October is going well and that many of you enjoyed a Fall Break. Here are a few dates for the rest of October to play together.

This Saturday 18th, Bell Buckle/Webb School Arts & Craft Fair in Bell Buckle (It goes all day Sat. and Sun.) FREE except parking

Sunday the 19th Harvest Festival at FUMC from 2-6 pm FREE food, fun, fellowship, games, etc.

Tuesday 21st- Discovery Center Parents & Tots 9 am

We are still working out details for Walden Farm (www.waldenfarm.biz) TBA

Friday 31st--Trick-or-Treat on the Square 3-? pm Contact aimieboo@bellsouth.net meet at the field beside Shacklett's photography
ALSO Veggie Tales telecast at FUMC/ FREE kids' movie and potluck/ 5:30 and the main viewing will be at 7 pm

Three Friday Nights

Join Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation for the 2nd Annual Campfire Concert series featuring live trailside music by local musicians at the General Bragg Trailhead. Featuring local bands of different genres, this unique setting offers the whole family a great time!

Friday, Sept 26th: The Flatt Sisters - Three sisters...one sound. Listen to three-part harmony on songs like Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy and sing along to folk and gospel favorites. Some acapella, some accompanied, all fun!

Friday, Oct 3rd: Rachel Pearl - Jazz/Pop: A journey of musical styles. First place in 2006 & 2006 American Idol Underground Jazz Competition.

Friday Oct 10th: The In-Laws - Music your parents like, too. Performing easy listening folk and soft rock favorites from the 60's, 70's, and 80's.

Music begins at 7:30p.m. and smores and drinks will be available for purchase. Bring a lawn chair or blanket for your own comfort. General Bragg Trailhead is located at 1740 W. College Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
